( Phoenix ) Marijuana seizuers in southern Arizona's Santa Cruz County this year are up more than 30%, compared to all of 2008. KJZZ's Peter O'Dowd spoke with Sheriff Tony Estrada who says the problem is especially severe around the small border town of Rio Rico. Estrada says a pound of pot at the border can fetch up to $600... and it only gets more expensive as it moves northward.
