( Phoenix ) Democratic Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords of Southern Arizona is in Phoenix this week to promote solar energy. Both ASU and UA were recently selected to receive up to 15 million dollars in federal stimulus funds to develop new ways to harness the power of the sun. Giffords talks with KJZZ's Marcos Najera about how the state could become a renewable energy leader--even while many Arizonas appear more concerned about immigration and healthcare reform.
