( Phoenix ) The State Senate will debate the constitutionality of a recently approved bill that bans ethnic-studies courses, like the controversial 'Raza Studies' program currently offered in Tucson. Under the measure, any district offering the courses would lose ten percent of its monthly state funding. KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports.
