( Phoenix, AZ ) KJZZ's Here and Now featured KJZZ capitol reporter Mark Brodie and Arizona Daily Star reporter Daniel Scarpinato discussing the real-life drama involved in passing a state budget. Secretary of State Ken Bennett and election reform advocate Mark Osterloh discussed the merits of putting voter approved initiatives back on the ballot because of their financial impact to the state general fund. Bob Booker of the Arizona Commission on the Arts and Jacky Ailling of the Arizona Community Foundation talked about the financial needs of arts and culture organizations.
