Gov Sues Legislature Over Budget
Use Another Player
( Phoenix ) The State Supreme Court has decided to hear arguments in Governor Jan Brewer's lawsuit against the state legislature. She's asking the high court to force legislative leaders to send her the budget bills they passed earlier this month. She and Republican legislative leaders have not agreed on a new spending plan -two of the main sticking points are how much to cut government spending and whether or not to raise taxes. KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
