( Phoenix ) KJZZ's Peter O'Dowd reports on a Peoria woman who faces 130-count indictment for allegedly running a massive student-loan scheme. Investigators say the case involved more than sixty people who enrolled at Rio Salado college without any intention of finishing their classes.
