Governor Napolitano delivering her address.
( Phoenix ) Governor Janet Napolitano delivered her 7th, and probably last, State of the State address Monday. In it, she called on lawmakers to preserve many of the programs instituted while she's been in office, and proposed a few new ones. But her words may fall on deaf legislative ears. KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
