Arizona lawmakers will consider a bill to ban using a cell phone to send text messages while driving.
( Phoenix ) Arizona lawmakers may have another chance to debate whether or not to restrict drivers' cell phone use, including a ban on texting while driving. KJZZ's Mark Brodie speaks with the bill's sponsor.
