( Phoenix, AZ ) It's been nearly two years since Arizona voters approved Proposition 300, which denies in-state tuition to students who are not U.S. citizens. Now, some local teachers say they're worried about the emotional effects that the legislation is having on their teenage Latino students. As KJZZ's Marcos Najera reports, a Phoenix volunteer group called CADENA wants to help concerned teachers reach out to immigrant students.
