( Phoenix ) State lawmakers could take up debate this week on proposals to create a guest worker program in Arizona. Supporters say they're tired of waiting for the federal government to pass immigration reform measures...but Washington would also have a role to play in any state program. KJZZ's Mark Brodie reports.
