( Phoenix, AZ ) Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon recently angered many in the Latino Community over his views regarding what local police should be allowed to do when dealing with illegal immigrants. KJZZ's James Garcia has a report on how the mayor's once shining reputation among his Latino constituents has been tarnished, and the steps some say he needs to take to regain their trust.
