( Phoenix, AZ ) Phoenix is holding a citywide election next month. But you'd hardly know it, there's been so little talk about it. Voter turnout is expected to be low, even though the mayor is up for re-election and several city council seats are up for grabs. KJZZ's Paul Atkinson spoke with the Arizona Republic's Richard de Uriarte about it.
