( Phoenix ) When the Arizona legislature starts its new session Monday, there will be several veteral lawmakers in new chambers. Four state senators are now in the house, and four representatives moved across the plaza to the senate. KJZZ's Mark Brodie talks to David Berman of the Morrison Institute at ASU about the effects of term limits on the state legislature.
