Can U.S. Learn from German Guest Workers?
The United States is trying to figure out what to do with immigration reform. A proposal for a new guest worker program has gone nowhere. Germany has dealt with the issue for years, and instituted a system that allows foreigners to come to work. KJZZ's Tony Ganzer looks at what the U.S. can learn from the German experience.
